Gloves with fox hand knitted in pure wool, handmade gloves, fox lover gift

These beautiful gloves are in pure 100% wool, so perfect cold weather wear. The design on these gloves shows a pair of sitting foxes on each back of hand, along with a row of fair isle patterning at wrist level and above the fox. I have used a variety of pretty shades, a hyacinth blue shade for the Rib and fingers, royal blue and white for the fair isle motifs, pale blue as a background for the orange fox. The eyes and nose are Swiss darned in black. The pattern is stranded knitting which adds another layer of warmth to the inside. These gloves are a medium fit. Dimensions: bear in mind knitting does stretch so these are unstretched measurements. Width across palm -9cm (3.5 ) Fingers- from base to tip – index 7.5cm (3 ) Middle -8cm (3.25″) Ring – 7cm (2.75 ) Little- 5.5cm (2.25 ) Full length base of rib to top of middle finger- 27cm (10.75 ) Thumb -8 cm (3.25 ) Due to the work in these I suggest they are hand washed, but they can be machine washed at cool if wanted.
